How long does manufacturing take?

The manufacturing of your stock will take between 30-70 days depending on your selection of materials and product options.

How is my stock shipped?

All our products are shipped internationally by FedEx and within Australia by TNT. For shipping times please refer to the Shipping Policy page.

Why does it take so long to receive my order?

To ensure your stock is of the highest quality, all stocks are manufactured to order. We do not believe in mass production and can guarantee that, while it may take longer to receive your Centretrac stock, your stock has been crafted with the care and attention to detail that only a made-to-order product would possess.

What materials is a Centretrac stock made of?

We have an extensive range of layered coloured plies and locally and internationally sourced timbers that you can choose from. Please find all available timber selections here.

What colours are available?

We have an extensive range of coloured finishes that you can choose from. Please find all available finishes here.

What method or techniques do you use to make your stocks?

We employ qualified tradespersons to both operate highly accurate cnc machinery and handcraft and assemble your personalised stock.

Can I change my order once the order has been placed?

Unfortunately due to time and shipping constraints you are unable to change your order once we have received it.

Do I need to bed the action?

Only when an aluminium bedding block is installed or if you order a flat top stock.

What action will fit in my stock?

Most target rifle actions. If you are unsure please don’t hesitate to contact us here.

Do I need to provide the specs of my barrelled action?

Yes - this information is received via the order form located on each product page. You do not need to directly mail in your physical action.

Can I customise the stock by removing material from the shell or shortening the forend?

No, Centertrac only manufactures our own specific range of stocks.

How much do the stocks weigh?

Depending on your selected material and options, your stock will weigh: F-Open can weigh a minimum of 1.9kg up to a maximum of 2.4kg. FTR can weigh a minimum of 1.7kg up to a maximum of 2.4kg. TR can weigh a minimum of 1.6kg up to a maximum of 2.4kg.

How can I pay?

Paypal, VISA or Mastercard. We are also able to send you an electronic funds transfer invoice directly however you will need to enquire via email in order to pay via this method.
