SHIPPING POLICY

Our products can only be shipped via FedEx internationally and TNT within Australia.

All shipping prices are subject to change at any time and without notice.

Our smart shipping calculator is located on the cart as well as on the checkout page.

We do not offer pick-up services.

By submitting your order, you agree to the cost specified as the Freight Fee.
WARRANTY & EXCHANGE POLICY
All our products have a 12 month warranty from the date of shipping.

We don’t refund if:

You changed your mind, decided that you no longer want the goods, or just don’t like them, or found goods are the wrong size or colour;

You found you can buy the same or similar goods elsewhere for a cheaper price;

You were responsible for causing a fault or damage after purchase;

You do not have proof of purchase eg receipt

If the products you have purchased are faulty we are happy to give you an exchange. Via an email addressed to info@centretrac.com.au provide a copy of our invoice specifying the issue with the item. We do not offer cash refunds.

Please be sure to pack your items carefully when posting, as we are not responsible for any items damaged or lost on their way back to us.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. We do not refund the cost of postage. The cost of posting the exchanged items is the customer’s responsibility.

Any freight and related costs for return of the goods to Centretrac shall be at the expense of the purchaser.
​
All warranties are considered void if the goods are not used in a proper manner or used for a purpose for which they were not designed or if repairs have been attempted by persons not authorised by Centretrac to carry out such repairs.
